qa777's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's regular participation and activity.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.
- Bonus funds may only be wagered on designated games — some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

Gaming Rules
General Gaming Policy
- The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- In the event of a technical error during a game, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
